I had such a great experience here! The gentleman who helped me ( Shawn ) was extremely helpful, respectful, and professional. He took the time to listen to my concerns, made sure my car was well taken care of, and gave me peace of mind throughout the whole process. He truly went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of, and I really appreciate that. I highly recommend this auto shop to anyone looking for honest, caring, and reliable service. I’ll definitely be coming back here for any future car needs! Btw, i might’ve spelled his name wrong. I’m so sorry if i did!

I recently took my 2015 chevy equinox into Precision for repair. A previous shop mishandled the vehicle previously and left me with a car that kept shutting off whenever I came to a complete stop. (And no, it wasn't a feature of the car lol). The first thing I noticed about Precision was how friendly and knowledgeable the staff was. It immediately gave me a great feeling that this may be the place that ends my car woes. The updates regarding the vehicle was clear and to the point. They provided me with actual video of issues with my car and even educational videos explaining how certain parts worked. The pricing for the repair was clearly explained before any work began, allowing me the chance to decline if needed. However the price was EXTREMELY reasonable which is always a good thing when dealing with car repairs. They were able to fix the blunder from the prior shop and get me back into my beloved chevy. All in all, my experience with Precision was fantastic and they have earned a loyal customer as I will be returning for diagnostics on my second vehicle. If you are looking for a car repair shop, start here!!!

I am Very pleased with the work done on my 2006, 242,000 mile, Toyota. All of the mechanics are courteous, well experienced, friendly; the waiting room is cool and clean. Manager Shawn was very patient explaining to me, while under the hood, what the problem was and what was needed. He's a good teacher and I totally understand the why and what my car needed. Sweetie is back to running great. Thanks to the mechanic that repaired, Shawn and all the staff for excellent work. If anyone asks me about car repairs, I'll recommend PRECISION on Lem Turner Road
